A Friend in Need: Pet ferret needs surgery

I know it's not often I throw something up like this. But I have done so in the past and will do so now and in the future if need be. I'm an animal lover and someone I know needs money to help pay for her pet ferrets surgery. I'm posting both a link to her page and a copy of her journal. She is doing commissions for very decent prices for some very good quality art. If you can't spare a dollar or two, please spread the word. Pets are like family members and just letting the word out is as helpful as purchasing a commission.

So I took my ferrets to the vet the other day. Silverest is doing okay and Isaac looks like he has IBD which we are treating. The really bad news though is that my 'sweety' Thor had Adrenal gland disease. He has all the classic symptoms of it which is not fun. So the most effective way of treatment for this is for him to have surgery. He's my sweety so going to do what I can.

Because of this I am going to open commissions at good prices to help with the cost of his surgery.



How this works is you'll send me a note with what you would like.
I take paypal preferred but can do checks or money orders.
Shipping is extra to send you the finished work (traditonal media).

I am pretty good with background, but not as good with technology or buildings.

Hi there.
This may sound like a silly question, but could I maybe use the line art from one of your pieces to make a reference sheet for a new fursona i'm designing? I've never designed one before, and I really can't draw that well, and I was looking for some wolf/dog templates and came across your art and its amazing, I was wondering if I could just trace one of your pictures and use JUST the line art and make my own wolf/dog? I could credit you all you want and change it a lot, it might look completely different! And this would ONLY be for a reference sheet, so people know what my idea looks like!! :D

I'm not sure if this is completely ridiculous and im not sure if its allowed at all.. but I just wanted to ask and see?

The picture I was looking at was Sapphire Rose Ref Sheet. All I want is the very BASIC outline, and I would try to change it as much as possible :D
